BURRATA AND PESTO TOAST

INGREDIENTS

- 3 tbsp Fresco Genovese Pesto
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- Freshly grated lemon zest from ½ of a lemon
- ½ Cup halved multicolor cherry tomatoes
- 8 basil leaves; sliced thin
- 6 ½-inch slices of rustic Italian bread
- Ricotta Cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Take the whole bread and slice. Brush the bread slices with olive oil.
Place on a baking sheet and under the broiler for about a minute on each side or until very lightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool slightly
Combine the ricotta with lemon zest
Spread ricotta over bread slices
